Educational tour to Manipur- Reported by Ms. Betsy Yoshü

On the 4th of May, the Grade 12 outgoing batch took a trip to Manipur (Imphal). On day 1 we couldn’t visit any places at Imphal since we had to retire for the night after the long tiring journey. On day 2 we visited the Loktak, largest fresh-water lake in Northeast India, at the Keibul Lamjao National Park, we saw Sangai-Manipur brow-antlered deer. On our way back to Imphal, we visited Ithai Barrage and stopped at Moirang Bazaar for Loktak Lake dry fish. On day 3rd the day being a Sunday, Chairman went to Laymen’s Evangelical Church and the rest of us visited Kangla Fort. On day 4 we retuned back to Kohima. The trip was most enjoyable and educative. Thank you.
